A person who leaves the current display does not move to another public Bullitt list.
The missing archive changes the method. Search for one named person, preserve the dates returned by each authority, and request the jail's existing release entry for the booking. Trace Bullitt Releases Across Three Days

A release packet can also contain the booking sheet, booking photograph, commitment or discharge document, and field legend. Request items for a defined booking rather than asking staff to research a history or decide whether the person is free.
Bullitt Weekend Release Timing

A three-day reconstruction needs compatible evidence. For a county booking, pair the jail release entry with the court authority or VINE event.
